About the Fellowship

The Axiom Global Research Fellowship is a highly selective 9-month research program for exceptional high school students worldwide. Professors and PhD researchers from the University of Delhi and the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) provide 1:1 mentorship and guide each student through the complete process of producing an undergraduate-level research paper.

The program begins in December and concludes in September, culminating in one completed research publication per student. Outstanding papers will be submitted to ISEF or prominent undergraduate research journals.

Students who produce top-tier results will also be offered a paid Editorial Research Internship (October – January) to evaluate research submissions from high school students around the world.

After completing the Fellowship, students are strongly encouraged to apply to advanced U.S. and global research programs such as Clark Scholars, SIMONS, Garcia, RSI, RISE, SSP, PRIMES, and SIMR, and to pursue research-related internships with industry. The Fellowship will continue to mentor and support students in these next-stage applications.

I am Professor Hemant Kumar Singh, Department of Mathematics, University of Delhi.

Mathematics and science should not remain subjects where students only memorize theories and solve textbook problems. The knowledge we gain must be applied to real life and contribute to society, helping us build a better future. It is therefore essential for students to develop the ability to connect concepts with real-world situations and apply them creatively. It is more important to realize that research does not have to remain confined only within a few people in the Universities. We believe that a school student can also bring new and innovative ideas. We provide an opportunity for them to express their ideas through our international journal Axiom.

Axiom: Global Journal for Young Researchers provides a valuable platform for young scholars around the world to apply their knowledge, explore new ideas, and share their research with the global community. I sincerely hope that every student will study diligently, rise to challenges, and grow through the pursuit of academic inquiry.

I look forward to seeing your passion and hard work reflected in your research, and I hope this journal will serve as a stepping stone for you to become the future leaders of science.

Thank you.
